In your incredible Row of Buttons, fifth set, fourth button, is one with a red calligraphic f called "Flash".
Click it. A box will appear with 3 blank fields. The first field has side-to-side arrows (width of picture). The second field has up-and-down arrows (height of picture). The third and bottom field is for your picture's url.
Just fill in the fields and hit "Ok"
So if you enter 340 for width, 225 for height then url: https://2img.net/h/i1157.photobucket.com/albums/p590/chatouat/madhatter_zps3770d83e.jpg then click "Ok", it will look like this at the bottom of your post:

in your post. Simple.
The not simple part of this is:
You need to know your picture's dimensions already so that when you resize it, you keep the proportions correct. If you don't, you may have a fun game of trial and error before you. But that's why there's an "Edit" button!
To edit, there's no need to keep clicking the "Flash" button, just go to the code printed in your post and you can change the numbers there.
* If you host the picture on a site such as photobucket, it is probably simpler to resize it there. Or to use one of the free resizing sites.
