Well I'm not going to say the answer here even though the promo showed it since it is a spoiler still but for those who saw the promo and know who the dad is -
Congrats to those who got it right!

From ABC site 4 months ago with Cuddly, Shek, and Teena:

In "True North" Emma told Henry a tale about his father. Emma also told MM it was a lie. Emma also started to tell Henry the truth when he gave her a "pumpkin pie" her favorite, he said. She told Henry, his father would come into the diner where she worked and complain there was no "pumpkin pie" a few episodes have mentioned pumpkin. Is that a clue?

It could be.... I can't decide if that was true or just part of Emma's fantasy. But the only male character that comes to mind involving pumpkin is Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater, and I seriously doubt that's who Henry's dad is. Anyone else have any ideas about "pumpkin pie"?

Here's another thought:

So the reasoning of Bae is sound: we may have seen him and not known it.

Here's another one, and I grant you it's a long shot:

Watch Emma in the restaurant in the pilot ep again. Watch it like she's met the guy before and like they know each other so she isn't shocked to see him and they planned to meet there to catch up. The internet ref could make sense in terms of how 10 years could have changed how they looked. If Henry's dad were a one-night stand, it could explain why he doesn't know the basics about her.

I don't think he's the dad,but since H/K said "can't answer" when asked if we've met Henry's dad, I figured I'd toss out a possible scenario for that guy being him.

If it turns out to be Pino I'll call BS.

i don't know about other lands being affected...but we have seen multiple ways to not only get to OW but i am assuming Jefferson's Hat wasn't the only way to get to Wonderland either. SOOO assuming that there are multiple ways of travel between worlds it could be that Henry's father was from another world that wasn't affected by the curse...So taking the thought that other people from other worlds (or people from FTL who were in another world at the time of the curse and hence weren't affected) leaves the door wide open for who his father could be. I could see it being Capt Hook and now that the 'curse' is broken maybe he was able to 'find' Storybrooke where as before he couldn't...who knows...just tossing around ideas lol

I think Henry's father is Bae because of what Ranna just said."We may have met him and not know it" so to me the most logical would be Bae and wouldn't surprise me at all because it would make sense and was really easy to predict. BUT I would loveee if it turns out to be Capt.Hook!!Emma said Henry's father was not a honorable man so who knows! and he is so hot! hahaha xD

i just know a spoiler that came out at the beginning of last
season was that "it is entirely possible that we could meet Henry's
father and not know that we met him"

we already seen him? That is why Baelfire was most peoples guess...

Good point on the magic bean portal...we do not know what direction that would take a person-ahead or back in time...or even within that time but a different location.
I believe, though, it would be a place with no 'magic'...

haha i cant see them doing that. unless when you go through the magic bean portal you wther get put into the future or past.

i still think he might be Bae as well...just hope if it is then they don't do time travel!
