Minor Minor Characters 

When deciding which category a character falls into (Major, Minor, Minor Minor) a few things are taken into consideration:

• whether the actor is listed as a regular, recurring, or guest
• how frequently the character is mentioned whether actually shown or not
• whether the character is a fan favorite
• how important is the character to the overall story of Storybrooke (i.e. - key plot catalyst to several main characters)

We also may move characters between categories depending on new information.
