by Mulan calls the wraith “Qui-Shen...a soul sucker". She goes on to say that anyone marked by the medallion will be pursued by the wraith until it has their soul. When it is near, one can hear the sounds of the souls it has trapped.
Mr. Gold marks Regina then summons the wraith to Storybrooke. In FTL, Prince Phillip has fallen victim to it.
