She's 50, kind, and serves a wealthy family whose members think of her as one of their own, and to whom she's very loyal.

Will appear in Ep 2x15 "The Queen is Dead"

Lesley Nicol is cast for her.

Was a servant to Snow White and her mother. She starts a garden in SB in Snow's mothers memory. In the episode "The Queen is Dead" she gets pushed out a window by Cora and is killed.
